1. Ownership and Agreement

The application "TivuPlay" (hereinafter "the Software") is owned and operated by Scivetti Software Srl, a company registered under the laws of Romania. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, the user (hereinafter "the User") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Software (Media Player Only)

TivuPlay is a technical interface and media player designed to organize and play digital media content provided exclusively by the User.

• No Content Provided: Scivetti Software Srl does not provide, host, sell, or include any media content, playlists, or streaming subscriptions.
• Neutrality: The Software is a "shell" application. It remains empty and non-functional until the User manually configures their own content sources.

3. Technical Modes and Responsibility

The Software offers two primary methods for content configuration:

• M3U/URL Mode: The User manually enters a string or file path.
• Host/DNS Mode: The Software connects to a proprietary server (managed by Scivetti Software Srl) to resolve technical DNS parameters for easier connection.

Crucial Disclaimer: Scivetti Software Srl declares that its servers do not transmit, proxy, or cache any video or audio streams. The servers only facilitate the technical handshake (DNS resolution). The actual media stream occurs directly between the User's device and the third-party server configured by the User.

4. Copyright and Legal Use

The User represents and warrants that:

• They own the legal rights or have obtained all necessary licenses for any content played through the Software.
• They will not use TivuPlay for unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material.

Scivetti Software Srl strictly prohibits the use of the Software for any illegal purpose and is not responsible for any misuse by the User or third-party providers.

5. No Affiliation

Scivetti Software Srl has no affiliation, partnership, or contract with any third-party IPTV providers, playlist sellers, or media broadcasters. We do not endorse the use of any specific service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, Scivetti Software Srl shall not be liable for any damages, legal issues, or copyright infringements arising from the User's actions or the content provided by third-party servers.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
