What is TivuPlay?

TivuPlay is a video media player application. It allows you to play your own external playlists and media content on multiple devices. TivuPlay does not provide, sell, or include any content or channels.

What devices are supported?

TivuPlay works on Samsung Smart TV (Tizen), LG Smart TV (webOS), Android TV, Fire TV Stick, smartphones and tablets, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows PC, and Mac.

What is the DUID?

The DUID (Device Unique ID) is a code shown in the TivuPlay app on your device. You need this code to activate the player. Each device has its own unique DUID.

How does activation work?

Download TivuPlay on your device, note the DUID shown on screen, then enter it on our website along with your payment. Your device will be activated instantly.

How does payment work?

We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe. Payment is secure and encrypted. No hidden fees, no automatic renewals.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant software activation via Device ID (DUID), all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the player license is activated on your device, the service is fully executed. Please ensure the app is compatible with your device before purchasing.

Does TivuPlay include channels or content?

No. TivuPlay is strictly a media player. It does not sell, provide, or include any playlists, channels, subscriptions, or content of any kind.
