This Privacy Policy explains how Scivetti Software Srl ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the TivuPlay application.

1. Information We Collect

TivuPlay is designed with a "privacy-first" approach. We do not require users to create an account with personal details like name, email, or phone number.

• Technical Data: When using the "Host Mode", the application connects to our server to resolve DNS parameters. Our server may temporarily process your IP Address and Device ID solely to complete this technical request.
• User-Provided Data: Any M3U strings, URLs, Usernames, or Passwords you enter into the app are stored locally on your device or sent directly to the media server you have chosen. We do not collect, store, or see your credentials or your playlists.

2. How We Use Information

The limited technical data we process is used exclusively to:

• Facilitate the connection between the App and the external media host.
• Ensure the security and stability of our DNS resolution server.
• Prevent abuse of our technical infrastructure.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• No Cloud Storage: We do not host your media or your personal data on our servers.
• Logs: Any technical logs on our server are automatically deleted after 30 days and are never used for user profiling.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Since we do not provide content, we do not share data with content providers or advertisers.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a company based in Romania (EU), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of any technical data we might hold. However, since we do not store personal profiles, there is usually no data to provide.
