1. Digital Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer laws regarding digital goods and services, by purchasing a TivuPlay license and providing your Device ID (DUID), you explicitly request the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal and refund once the digital activation process has begun.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances after activation, including but not limited to:
- Issues, freezing, or unavailability of third-party playlists, streams, or external content sources.
- Failure to check device compatibility before making the purchase.
- Accidental purchases or user mistakes when entering the DUID.
