1. Ownership and Agreement
The application "TivuPlay" (hereinafter "the Software") is owned and operated by Scivetti Software S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Reg. Com.: J2026027162002, CUI: RO54548712). Registered office: Str. Vitejiei 12-14, 077025 Bragadiru (Ilfov), Romania. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, the user (hereinafter "the User") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of the Software (Media Player Only)
TivuPlay is a technical interface and media player designed to organize and play digital media content provided exclusively by the User.
- No Content Provided: Scivetti Software S.R.L. does not provide, host, sell, or include any media content, playlists, or streaming subscriptions.
- Neutrality: The Software is a "shell" application. It remains empty and non-functional until the User manually configures their own content sources.
3. Technical Modes and Responsibility
The Software facilitates the playback of User-provided links (M3U/URL) or DNS parameters. Scivetti Software S.R.L. declares that its servers do not transmit, proxy, or cache any video or audio streams.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Copyright and Legal Use
The User represents and warrants that they own the legal rights or have obtained all necessary licenses for any content played through the Software. Scivetti Software S.R.L. strictly prohibits the use of the Software for any illegal purpose.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
7. Digital Services and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant software activation (via DUID), all purchases made on TivuPlay are final and non-refundable. By purchasing an activation, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal/refund once the digital service is fully executed and the player is activated.
